Why Augustana? They have such a uniqueness and potential that far exceeds any other bands right now. They are able to produce songs with meaning and feeling, that draw people as soon as they hear them. They have a genuine affection for their fans and are wonderfully down to earth.
Favorite Augustana Song: Right now it’s a tie between ‘Marie’ and ‘Bullets’, but with the upcoming new release that could change very quickly.

Why Augustana?: The fact that their lyrics just seem to speak to you and you can feel the emotion that is put into everything they create. They are also extremely incredible live and just good people who are great to their fans.
Favorite Augustana Song: Hmm…It honestly changes with what mood I’m in. “Sunday Best” really caught my attention the most the first time I heard ATSAB, but I’ll always love “Stars and Boulevards.” We’ll see when the next album’s out if a new song takes over…there are a few contenders for my top spot! Find Her:

Why Augustana? There is just something about the honesty and beauty of their lyrics to begin with. I’m able to close my eyes as I listen to their music and simply escape my life. I love the Americana sound they have and the rawness of Dan’s voice. The guys are all individually extremely gifted musicians and very down to earth, normal guys obviously having fun doing what they love.
Favorite Augustana Song: “The Devil’s Blue Eyes”…hauntingly beautiful. Honorable mentions to “More Than a Love Song,” “Sunday Best,” and “Bullets.” I’ll add more favorites once “Can’t Love, Can’t Hurt has been officially released Smiley Find Her:
