| This site was originally created in February of 2007 under the name ‘Hotel Roosevelt’. It started after going to a random concert after a friend had won tickets - it was the Goo Goo Dolls and Augustana opened for them. There music was heartfelt, moody, fun and completely different than anything I had heard recently - I was stuck.The name Hotel Roosevelt came from the song that first caught my attention. I can play it over and over and never get sick of it.The new domain - Augustana-net.org was bought in December of 2007 and renamed The Augustana Fan Network - striving to bring Augustana fans a bigger and better place to get their information, updates and congregate with other Augustana fans. |
