| i was at the atlanta concert on march 30, 2007. and after the show me and my friend walked behind the building cause we saw their tour bus their earlier. and then like we were taking pictures in front of the tour bus and all of a sudden the door opens and hits me and i was like “WOAH” and out walks john! so yeah it was really exciting and he took pictures with us and then like chris and jared walk out of the building and they talked to us for a LONGGG time and later dan came out and took pictures also. and they were soo amazingly nice. and we waited like extra long for justin to come out and then he finally came out and it was awesome cauuse me and him and an amazing conversation about a big truck hiting the side of the building. but as i was waiting for justin to come out i was standing next to the door. and my friend was kinda down the road talking to john. and chris and some other dude were sitting inside the door and i was like “where’s justin” and the dude goes ” he’s in the dressing room” and i was like can i go in there ” and he goes “yes” and so i started walking and he goes ” no im just kidding” so i was like ‘ pshhh” and he goes ” no actually you can’ so i walked in again ” and he laughs and goes “haha im just kidding again” and chris came out and stood with me while i was waiting for justin. butt yeah you can sayy PRETTY AMAZINGGG NIGHTTTT and that was the second time we met them and they said they actually remember us from the first timeee ! |

| okk soo we arent lying bout this one. soo we are at a augustana and goo goo dolls concert and when the concert was over we went out into the lobby to get our rides. we ran into one of our friends and i [shelby] was lke “omg savannah loves the base play from augustana” and she was like uhh i got his autograph and iwas like :omh your kidding! how?!” and she was like “hes right over there in the lobby” soo i grabb my friend and pull her to jared. there is no one around practically and we tlak to him, get a autograph, and snagged some pics together on our phones. and then we look to our left and there is juston, came outta nowhere and we go over there and also get some pics, autographs, and talk, then all of asudden chris comes outta the girls bathroom [[soo funny]] and john [[my guy!]] comes outta no where and we also do the same with them. we end up talking with them for an hour after the show. it was ahhmazing and since then, i think all we talk about is augustana. the end. and i have another story. so dont think its over yet! |

| I went to the Park Fest in Albany, NY to watch the boys ofcourse..fortunatly for me, they were having tech difficulties with their equipment..so I asked a security guard to call Dan over for me, which he did and Dan came off stage for me. It was awesome, After Incubus, Augustana is my next fav band :) .. and girls, Dan’s a very handsome n sweet guy! I’m going to see them again in a couple of weeks, can’t wait to take pix with him again!!! |

| Okay…I swear I’m not making any of this up. My mom and I went downtown early so we could find parking and all…then wait in line and get a good standing spot. But before we stood in line we wanted to get lunch…so we’re looking around the street for a good place. I picked out this pretty looking Japanese restaurant…so we walk in. I’m in mid-walk or whatever…and I hear “Omg *laughs* she has a shirt!!!*. I turn and DAN LAYUS, JUSTIN SOUTH, & CHRIS SACHTLEBEN…were all sitting at the sushi bar..STARRING AT ME. and they were all happy looking. So I stop…I CANT MOVE. I’m in complete shock. I say like in monotone…”oh my god”, cover my face..and then my mom like PUSHES ME toward them…because I still can’t move. We go over and they are all sooo nice. Dan did most of the talking and they all introduced themselves and shook my hand. We talked about how I saw them in Cleveland and how I came early to see them tonight. They loved my shirt that I made…they signed it. Dan was offering to sign things…I didn’t want to be awkward but it wasn’t at all. I had pens & their cd in my bag(haha) so I took it out and the all signed it. Absolutely AMAZING. I was like shaking. It was sooo surreal. They asked my name and everything. My mom and I got a table as they were leaving…Chris smiled at me and South waved really big and yelled “Bye Jennifer!!!”. I like died. haha. So anyway then after we eat my mom and i stand first in line. DAN & SOUTH WALK BY. haha they wave at me. So funny. After the show I got John & Jared to sign since they weren’t at the restaurant. I got pictures & all…Then we mentioned that I move all of their cd’s in front of everyone else’s in the stores…and South was like “OMG dude that’s awesome. I’m totally giving you drumsticks.” He goes into where their instruments are…signed two drumsticks and hands them to me. WOW. It was so cool. |

| I don’t know if this is considered “extra-special” but as we were around the first people waiting a couple hours before the show was to begin, the members passed through the main entrance. At the time I only recognized Jared and Dan from tv, but said hi to everyone who passed through in case it was a member of Vega4 or Augustana (lol). Anywho, so I see Dan roll up and we all say hello and I comment on how I like his red boots, he graciously says thanks and later thanks us for coming and waiting so early (<3) and asks if there is anything he could do or get us. Of course, I had to ask for a pic (prior to this we got a pic wth Justin)! He said he’d be back later and did so. He was really sweet and asked for all our names, etc. It really goes to show you how humble the band really is. Later, as the line of fans gradually grew, they actually started tanning in the parking lot… wow. I went over with some friends who just arrived and of course snagged a few pics (with flash-off, duh.) A true testament to what nice guys they are. |
